"Great stay at the Yarrow. The reception staff were fabulous. The spa was a lovely relaxing treat after a long walk. Shame the steam room was out of order and we weren’t told. Breakfast also really good and we weren’t hurried out when it finished. Would thoroughly recommend."

"This hotel is located very close to several restaurants. We easily walk to one each night. The staff upon arrival were frustrated and seemed to take it out on us. When booking with Expedia you can't use the check in kiosk at any Premier Inn. They only had one computer working and were irritated and had no immediate solution of how to pay for parking without a reservation number to place at the parking meter. "To be honest it was very loud from the gig place from across the road (Saturday) but it calmed down & it was quiet for the rest of the stay in spir of the house's very central location (& lots of good music in town). I had an issue with the window & appreciated that the hotel owner responded & resolved the situation.The rooms are lovingly decorated & warm, and the bed was very comfy. "

"We had a great stay at The Evenhill. All the staff were very friendly. Our room was clean, warm and spacious. The shower was great and the towels were nice and large. We didn’t get full WiFi signal in the room, but it wasn’t a problem. We had dinner in the pub and everyone’s meal was excellent. Breakfast the next morning was excellent as well; with plenty to fill us up!"
