"This hotel was in desperate need of complete renovation. It was old and filthy; the elements of the room (furniture, linens, doors, walls, carpet, etc.) were in atrocious condition. I was only there for a single night otherwise I would have left immediately. I don't need a palace, but I do need very clean and tidy. I thought I was going to be sick when I saw it. We had a 4 hour drive to get there for appointments at Cleveland Clinic Hospital. By the time we checked in we had undergone a day of testing after a long drive. We wee too exhausted to go elsewhere so we toughed it out for a night. The sheets I slept on were so pilled it felt like I was sleeping on piles of sand. Suffice it to say I will be booking the rooms from here on out as my husband doesn't check reviews."

"This was the worst hotel stay of my entire life. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! From roaches crawling on the walls, filthy stained bedding and towels, toenails on the floor, hair everywhere, stained chairs and couches that looked like rejects from an adult film set, to the computerized staff (computer screen that you talk to and interact with to check in and for any other needs) that had no empathy and offered no help at all. Concerns were raised to the hotel staff, and all they said were they were overbooked. Once again DO NOT STAY HERE.!!!!!! "

"This property was once a gem, but it has been run down. Very disappointed to find out the pool had been closed and we were never allowed near it. The chairs around the pool were ripped and rotting, a lock on the gate indicated it had been closed for a while, despite there being water in it. Being further from the airport than expected, also threw us for a loop, as a taxi cost way too much. No airport or port shuttles either."

"Room was not ready 2 hrs after check in time. They had to move our room because they didn't know when our room would be ready. A/C wouldn't go below 72*. Room smelled musty. The whole facility was muggy inside. The bed as hard as a rock. Doors wouldn't soft close and always slammed. Maintenance doesn't seem to be a high priority for the management here"
