"Room was old, no where to plug phones in but behind the bed or a wall with nothing there, room smelled like wet dog, bed skirting was dirty, power went out from 7:00 am to after noon, we had to come back to take showers in afternoon, no hand rail for shower to get in or out, came back to room in evening on Sunday and room was not cleaned or at least no clean towels left, I was told they were a green hotel; I said if so why don’t you have bars to hang the towels on to dry? Swimming pool was full of leaves and landscaping was full of trash for our 3 day stay. Will not recommend hotel or go back. Breakfast was not very good. Limited selection.(no fruit or yogurt) went to get coffee in the morning 9:30 and was taken up (no cups) No compensation for inconvenience. "

"There are NO EMPLOYEES at this hotel. Check in / out is a KIOSK ... no employees to help elderly people. I had to help a older man operate the KIOSK, help him get his luggage and his wife from vehicle .. she was in a wheelchair.... another man had NO TV in the room, lady on the KIOSK said SORRY I can not help you !! in the morning, 8:50 am 2 men were removing the food for breakfast.... I asked why he was in a rush.. he looked at me grabbed the food and toasters and walked away..... the elevator had garbage on the floor, my room... toilet paper holder was laying on the bathtub, took pictures as soon as I walked in. The room next door I videoed the LOUD MUSIC and all the banging around, like they were tearing the place up. Very disappointed... customer service.. NONE"

"Staff was friendly, helpful and also bilingual (spanish) which is a bonus. The Rooms were clean and breakfast was always ready on time. There's not a large variety of breakfast items but the essentials are present and the breakfast sandwich changes every day, of course waffles, eggs, sausage, fruits, tea, coffee, orange juice etc. The rooms are pretty specious and have all you need to make you feel at home."

"Place was great. Very clean and spacious. Couch seemed to be broke and bed was a little hard but the rest of the place was great. We didn’t use any of the amenities but heard you had to pay for pool towels or something. Area was very nice. Would stay here again! "

"I’ve already contacted the hotel about my experience. We didn’t get there until 1 am. The room I had paid for was for 1 room with 2 bedrooms. We had 7 people. No vending machines no ice machines and the area did not feel safe to me. Walking in with 3 kids at 1 am and people standing outside our door. The main door to the building is not secure. Overall there was a lot of space but 2 totally different rooms…not one as described and no pool view as described. "

"Dated, musty, doesn't 'feel' clean and fresh. Fridge rattled when compressor ran. Hard mattress. Restaurant was greasy/not great. Cocktail was quite bitter and not too palatable (ingredients said orange juice, didnt see or taste any orange juice in it)."
