"Our room was dirty. The bathroom had hair on the counter and in the main room by one of the beds was a huge hair ball. The cleaning staff should have seen both as we noticed right away"

"There was a lot to like but one major drawback was the cost for EVERYTHING!!!! I heard about it but thought it was just some disgruntled people…Nope it’s ridiculous and it’s everywhere…I used to go to Vegas every 2 years at least and loved it…But haven’t been since Covid…Based on $10 bottles of water and $36 for a sandwich and chips I’m out…The resort fees are absurd and then if you want a chair at the pool you have to get in line at the crack of dawn to get the less than 20 at the adult pool or you pay for a cabana or a day bed…Shame on them - This would be a great place if the prices were reasonable - There not so like many people I read online I’m not going back it will cost less to go to Europe"

"I had a great time staying at Horseshoe. I was looking forward to go to the pool but it was closed but the notice also indicated that I could use Paris Pool. The food at the restaurant was great $19.00 you can eat a Brunch. I like it so much that I ordered same plate twice and the French Toast wow! Wow!"

"Property is very dated needs remodel very badly. Wallpaper coming off, very thin towels and blankets. It’s a place if you need a room in Vegas."
