"Everything was OK, except the parking sucked. 20 to 40 mins to exit the parking because the card reader was not letting some cars out. Including me. Used the intercom to talk to security and no one answered. People were pissed and wanted to break the parking gate arm. Not staying here again. "

"Horrible experience staying at The LINQ Hotel. Customer service was rude and lacked any sense of warmth or professionalism. The hotel itself was dirty, poorly maintained, and had an unpleasant smell throughout. Housekeeping never showed up—not to clean the room or even to provide clean towels, despite the fact that I agreed to receive service. I would never recommend this hotel. I actually felt unsafe during my stay. It is far too expensive for such terrible service and such unclean, poorly kept facilities."
