"Beautiful facility; welcoming staff; clean rooms; great lakeview; restaurant was amazing. The parking lot view from the hotel, unfortunately, left a lot to be desired - I'd prefer a parking lot or wooded view to the mobile homes across the street. That's the only unfortunate feature of this facility. "

"Extremely helpful and sweet staff. Definitely loved this place. Only bad thing is there’s no elevator. Taking the heavy suitcases upstairs was not good on my knees. Other than that, perfect! Definitely will stay again"

"As with other Home2 I have stayed at it was a fantastic stay. Breakfast is a grab and go style that is hot but I prefer buffet style offerings. This would be my only nit pick. It's definitely better than continental breakfast. Also this property was close to many other dining options that could be drove to within 10 mins. Highly recommend this chain and location."

"Our experience was great from check in to check out. Check in was very smooth. Ryan was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. We liked how streamlined the room was. Lighting under the beds, nice touch. The icing on the cake were the beds. Like sleeping on a cloud. Fantastic. Checking out I just did it from my phone. When traveling to other locales I will search for a City Flats Hotel first."

"Gabby at the front desk went above and beyond to see that our stay was just what we hoped for. All of the staff was friendly and professional but she was our favorite. Clean, spacious and kept up-to-date still feels and smells like a newer property. Comfortable beds, room darkening blinds, nice hot breakfast selection also fruit and cereal, etc. will always stay here when in the area."
