"Staff was fabulous! Accommodations were clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Location is not the best( one way in ) but it was less than a mile away from Amherst. I would definitely stay there again!! Five stars"

"The Holiday Inn Express was conveniently located a block away from the casino. The hotel was great, but Springfield, Massachusetts is not the safest place. The city suffers with an increase of homeless people that one would not expect. There's nothing the hotel can do about this problem. I would highly recommend the hotel."
