"good stay, clean friendly and it was nice to be able to open the window in the room for fresh clean air. only drawback was it is close to the road and road noise was a little annoying. our room was facing the road and we had the window open so it was a trade off"

"Loved the Black Swan. Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice location and good food. The only problem I had was that the shower wasn't really good. Very light water pressure so it actually took longer to take a shower than I normally do because it takes longer to rinse off. Also, no rubber bath mat inside the shower to reduce slipping, no grab bars, and the water didn't drain right away so I was standing in water which also upped the risk for slipping."

"We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were very secure and safe. You can only access your room floor with your room key. A little inconvenient if you have family on different levels but I appreciated their level of security. We had a staywell room. The room was beautifully decorated. The bed was the best Ive ever slept in besides my own. So comfortable. The shower was like a spa and I loved their hand soap. The towels were very soft as well and they have many amenities...
