"This is our “go to” hotel for the Houston, Sugarland area. The rooms are always clean, well maintained and COOL!! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Parking has never been an issue. And special requests are always welcome and handled promptly. Additionally, we have never had a noise issue like other hotels. I HUGE recommend!!"

"They keep lobby area clean. Room was not cleaned daily not even if requested. We found a bedbug on one of the beds. Room had a bad smell if AC was not ventilating high. Breakfast was only up for the time specified not even a minute after. Back door of hotel was never locked at least for the time we stayed there very unsafe. Elevator in the back didn’t work/operated properly we were risk at once to stay inside the elevator because elevator got stuck."

"I've stay at this hotel every time I travel to Houston. I think it's time to move on. Last time the tv didn't work, this time I had to move rooms twice. The 1st room the window was broken. The 1nd room was alright but I needed to move to a double which the lady was very helpful about. The 3rd room was also cool until the next morning when I went to take a shower and there was no soap, not even a soap dispenser. The front desk didn't try to rectify it just sorry there's nothing we can do but...
