"Room was big, and our stay was fine. Pics showed that the room we had had a bath, which it didn’t. That was a little disappointing. Pool was great! Balcony was big but filthy. I wouldn’t even allowed my daughter to go out there. For the price of it I probably wouldn’t stay again"

I stayed for 15 days and wish they at least replenished the coffee/tea bags, soap, cleaning liquid etc. The property has maintenance issues with the toilet flush not working properly and the dishwasher was psychotic - it started flashing red lights and making strange sounds to wake me up! "The bed duvet had blood and either pee stains on it. Spoke to reception and they changed it. The bar run out of mixers for cocktails. Had trouble with the wifi and was told they were busy. Had trouble getting laundry powder as they thought they were out. Seemed like they were trying to save on giving products out but did tell us to ask if we need anything"

"The check-in process was a bit messy as we were going to be late arriving due to our flight time; we were told different information about getting our key etc when the desk was actually open until 10pm and we picked it up just fine when we arrived! We were lucky enough to be given an upgrade, only to find out the shower was over the bath and ended up back where we booked so we could have a walk-in shower!
