"Pleasantly surprised. Room was not large - but not many in NYC are. Good shower and the bed was pretty comfortable. Loved the many bed pillows. Good location - two long blocks to 9th Avenue in the heart of Hell's Kitchen. Great price point for New York City. "

"We had a clean room and comfy beds. The location is just a short walk to the theatre district and subway station. It was a great option for us because we were barely in our room so the size of the room fit our needs perfectly."

"So happy with our stay. Family trip. Really appreciated the 3 beds in the room. Bathroom was nice & worked well for a family of 4. Clean and well maintained. Staff helpful and friendly. AC in room worked great. Mini fridge was a nice amenity. Wonderful location about 3 blocks from Natural History Museum. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Only thing that could be improved was to have our trash emptied every day. "
