"This was our 5th year for our annual girls trip. We absolutely love it here. Everyone is so kind and happy to help. Resort is spotless. My only complaint was we asked for more towels for the pool area and were told we can only have 1 even though there were 50 folded towels available. If it’s a problem i have a solution.. get bigger towels!! Also, maybe have someone washing them throughout the day."

"The elevator may need servicing. After selecting your floor, you need to press the destination floor again. It doesn’t take the first time you have to press a second time. The room’s carpet looks like it can use a cleaning. The tv didn’t connect for streaming Netflix, and the guide on the tv didn’t work either for me to know what channels were accessible. The good thing about the property was the pool, and the convenience of the shuttle to the airport. I can’t comment on breakfast because I...

"Nice hotel. Good variety of hot and cold breakfast items, including the typical Texas shaped waffle iron 😊. I have 4 stars because there were a few minor items in need of maintenance in our room. We gave a list at check out so hopefully those will be addressed. Great location for exploring the north side of San Antonio. Close to shopping and lots of places to eat. I usually take more pictures but I did get one of the amazing local inspired mural in the main lobby area."
