"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. "Really warm greeting from the stsff as soon as we stepped into the hotel. Quick & efficient check-in.
The room was cleaned to a very high standard.
Plenty of choice at breakfast - everything from a full english cooked breakfast to a continental one.
My only complaint was that there was no restaurant on site, only a cafe for snacks.
Overall a great stsy & would definitely revommend."

"Room was clean and bathroom was newly renovated and unexpectedly spacious for London hotel size. Staff are all welcoming and friendly. Close to metro and Coach station. Two more square meters would really make it , because there’s really no place for luggage.
Check in is unique and it’s so sensible.
We set a wake up time and we kept hearing these fire engines and ambulances and thought it must be a bad event- then we realized it was the tv giving us the wake up call! Hilarious. Great location near the Tower and Tube stop"

"The hotel itself seemed decent; however, the room was rather dated, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also far too rigid, resulting in one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly.
