Hotel Spa di Phoenix Barat

"The parking lot is gated which is nice but when I checked into my room, we noticed a cockroach in the shower and there was a beer bottle cap on the floor next to the bed. They gave us a new room but I felt really gross after."

"Simple and priced right for the single traveler. Would definitely stay here again"

"Well maintained, spacious rooms. Free fresh fruit and cookies at check in. Helpful staff."

"Was just okay. Only interaction with staff was during check in. Stayed two nights and asked for extra towels and they never brought them. The hotel was full of guests wondering around going in and out. Outside wasn’t any better. People just hanging around out there."
