"I was looking for a house to stay in for a couple of days while in the phoenix area for a graduation with family. I found this great property with plenty of room and amenities for everyone with a pool and plenty of games outside for the kids to be entertained. I’m glad I chose this property it was clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a great place to stay in the phoenix area."

"Very nice space. We stayed here to attend Dbacks baseball games. We easily walked the 8 blocks to the stadium. Most of the 25-story building was apartments. The residents and staff treated us well. We were able to find free street parking close by."

"The place was clean. I had reserved it with a credit card that had been replaced shortly thereafter so I had to update everything at the site. The host Vince made it quite easy despite my issues. It's a small place but clean and comfortable and well-appointed. I loved it."
