Then the next morning at 6:45 AM maintenance guy was out blowing the yard and I understand it's hot in Arizona, but that's unacceptable. "Seems like the employees are still learning to check-in process or the system was not working because it took more than 30 minutes to get a room key. The room was never cleaned(I stayed 2 days), towels never replenished. Cleanliness in the rooms and outside in the lobby was great. Employees are professional and very apologetic for wait time. I would stay here if I needed to for a day but I have had better experiences at other local hotels in the area. "
