"We loved staying here, really enjoyed the pool area. The staff was nice, but seemed overwhelmed at times. We called to get ice because none of the ice machines worked around us and we went to every single one in our building, not one worked. We never got ice brought to us. We had to call the next day and they finally brought it. The TV's didn't work very well, we only got it to work twice when we turned one of them on. We tried calling the front desk several times, no one answered. It was a bit frustrating, I would say that for that big of resort they are under staffed. The staff that is there is so friendly and helpful when they are able to be, but they need more help. Overall it was a pleasant experience, we loved the pool area and its beautiful surroundings. We'd go back, hoping staff is more available and construction will be done when we return."
