"Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean, however the sofa needed some attention which was to be taken care of by the staff. Breakfast was wonderful each morning. Afternoon snacks were appreciated."

"We go the hotel around 6pm, they first sent us to a dirty room. It was completely unmade as if guests have just left. We went back to the receptionist desk and she told us that she couldn’t find us a room, we sat there and waited about 20 to 30 minutes as she tried to find us a room. She said she can only find us a king bed, so we had to deal with it. We went up to the new room and it turned out to be two queen beds. "This was the second time we stayed at the Green Tree Phoenix West. It has security which was one of our important features. The hotel is quiet and well kept. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Janet greeted us at the check in desk. She was professional, friendly, helpful and made us feel welcomed. It was a quick overnight stay so we were not able to have breakfast. Our room was , quiet and comfortable . When we need to stay in the area we will always be staying at this hotel."
