"The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. "My stay was for a business trip so I didn't sample or have a chance to enjoy most of the amenities (workout room, pool, outdoor seating, etc.) However my room was excellent, clean, complete, well furnished. The heating/AC worked well and the bathroom was very clean; the shower, sink, toilet, everything was no problem. The hallways were always clean and tidy as were the lobby and other common areas.
