"It’s a clean and newer hotel, so that’s nice. Staff kindness and amenities offered are bare minimum, they don’t go out of their way as far as “hospitality”. No housekeeping services, no pool, no fridge or microwave in room. For the price point I would go elsewhere next time."

"The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening."

"I did not feel safe staying here. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. There was not much left of a lumpy mattress. The walls were so thin I didn’t get much sleep. A homeless guy in a wheelchair was right outside my door when I left one time."

We really enjoyed the little tree lined pathway from the lobby to the back of the building where our room was - we used this route instead of the indoor hallways. We had a lovely and delicious dinner at the hotel's Indian restaurant. We were driving, stayed at the hotel for a nearby event, so I can't comment on airport shuttle services."
