"Very central, convenient location. Extremely spacious room and bathroom. Well thought out extras, such as wine glasses, corkscrew, first aid kit. Extremely nice gesture of breakfast and juice. Fresh milk. We got there slightly early, I phoned and asked if it would be ok to check in, answered promptly and no problem with early check in. Free on-street parking very nearby. The beach at The Mumbles is not far and very picturesque. Thoroughly recommend Patrick’s Boathouse."

"Boutique hotel in the Uplands area of Swansea. Good ambiance as you walk in the door to the hallway. The oriental suite was full of character and great attention to detail to maintain the theme in the room. Plenty of amenities to use whilst in the room. 2 min walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. A great find."

"The hotel is modern and therefore has contemporary facilities. We use the swimming pool, sauna and steam room on two occasions they were all clean and hygienic. The hotel is slightly outside the centre of the city but easily accessible and we’re able to drive along the coast and see the beautiful coastline."

"We had an accessible room, just there right thing. Very clean, proper wet room shower. Breakfast was really good with good range of hot and cold items."
