"This is the worst hotel in London. I was never sent my check. In code, it took 30 minutes to get through to them and finally get it. The bed was not clean in my room, there was a huge pumping noise so I couldn’t sleep. There are no staff on site-absolute disaster. This should not be on your site. Dreadful. "

The absolute best was the location… very nicely located. "Very clean and safe. Management office/reception right next door. Problem with showerhead was fixed the same day I reported it. Location is wonderful! Walk to several adorable small restaurants - but not too many. Windows are old and the trash collection in the mornings (8am?) may wake up light sleepers. Not luxurious but great value and location. I would stay there again. "
