"My family and I recently stayed at the hotel while visiting the Des Moines area for a family wedding. Not only was it a beautiful hotel and a very comfortable room, the staff was so pleasant and helpful whenever we had questions. We loved the breakfast buffet at Johnny’s Steakhouse, it was so delicious! And we really liked how centrally located it was for other dining and shopping in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area, and I would stay here again...

"The Staff is fantastic and the property is in a good location. The hotel for the most part is in good condition our room was fine yet the bathroom was another story it showed signs of wear and past repairs. The sink would barely drain and was plugged up with a gross black crud that had been accumulating for a long time. Bathroom sink drains need to be cleaned periodically as hair, make-up and soap will collect on the drain opening and closing control becoming a disgusting unsanitary mess. We...

"We were disappointed that the hot tub was closed. Someone had broke glass in it the day before. That was the main reason we had made reservations there was because it had a hot tub. We understand the safety aspect but was really looking for to relaxing. Everything else was great. "
