"Booked a king room, then arrived and was notified that they had none left. Was downgraded with no refund to a queen. Also, they lie about what time the restaurants are open until because there was no staff anywhere to be seen about 30 minutes before closing."

"I booked a room at the New Sea Breeze Motel last evening and I cannot believe that you have this place as an option. I have photos to share if you'd like. My room was next to a dumpster. The room was in horrible condition. The floor was dirty and gritty. The bathroom sink had dirt on it which I assume came from the bathroom fan thar was caked with dust. "The price for the place is good, like everyone else, its just to sleep and the bed was clean and felt safe so that was the whole purpose. The guy in reception is very nice he even brought us ice (we where looking for it) and he went out of his way to get it for us. Overall is good"

"Great hotel for the price! The rooms are a bit dated, but super clean! Beds are comfortable. The pool was a hit and also really clean, my kids had a blast. The woman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the location as it is farther down from Fantasy Island and quiet, but still only a 3 minute drive to everything. Bonus, the beach is literally across the street. Basic hotel with all your needs. I was very happy with my stay."
