"Parking was limited and in high demand, likely common on weekends. And the staff was very hospitable. Pros: On the first night, we had to take the suggestion to use the self-parking down the street. We were also told when there should be some open spaces into the next day which was quite considerate. When asked, were able to get extra sheets an towels with no extra hassle. Not only were we able to get a good spot the next day, the person at the front desk kept me in mind when I had to do a pickup and the rain intensity was variable into the evening. The only con: In the hallway, the light bulb that would illuminate the room number was out. every other room had one except ours. If we're in the area, we'll stay here again."

"Booked the marina suite for a long weekend. Room was clean but dated. Room was ice cold at night and giant spotlights shining in made us feel like we were center stage TVs were very poor quality. "Bad hotel. The locks for the room don’t open.( we had to get our key card replaced about 7 times in 2 days. The room are outdated and old. The elevator do not would safe they are rough and make a lot of noise. The shower water comes brown. The whole place smells moldy. I could see a lot of molds. The hotel is a historic building but it has not be kept clean. Sad to see such amazing buildings be destroyed "
