Hi Jessie,We're sorry to see that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. We are always working on upgrading our facilities so your feedback is appreciated. All our studios are furnished with cooking equipment and on your next stay our reception staff will be happy to give you anything that may be missing including extra pots or pans. In regards to processing your refund, because you booked through expedia a virtual card was issued to us. It is for this reason our policy states that for modifications on bookings made through a third party, the guest will need to contact this party directly as it is out of our jurisdiction to process the refund unless the third party authorises this. Once again we apologise that this stay was unsatisfactory for you and hope you can see improvements the next time you stay with us. Thanks
