"The hotel was amazing and better than expected when we walked in. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The only thing is we didn’t realize breakfast wasn’t included. It’s buffet style but they serve it to you."

"Clean and nice but very expensive (assuming more than usual for the night d/t a concert), especially since the rooftop bar wasn’t open because of construction."

"Staff was great at the front desk. However only having one elevator in and out was a little annoying and often took forever. We also lost hot water for a day but staff were nice about it wasn’t much they could do. It’s also very loud! But the earplugs come in handly. "

"We had a great experience. The room was perfect and very clean. Honestly though what made the visit for me was the sweet young lady that was handling the breakfast. She was very friendly and helpful and just made my morning better."

"I suggest a refresh of the rooms. The carpet is frayed. The slider to my balcony had a problem with the lock. The latch niche in the frame is all cut up. The lighting needs to be updated. It’s very dark and dingy in the rooms. The rooms were comfortable so from a size perspective and all of the furniture in the rooms was useful and helpful. It just really needs to be updated. Thank you."
