"Pleasant stay"

"We just returned from a wonderful two-night stay at The Resident, Liverpool. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous; our room was lovely, and the kitchenette was a fantastic, thoughtful touch. ​On our first night, we noticed some noise from the local nightlife. Since we’d forgotten to pack earplugs, we asked reception if they had any on our way to breakfast. Not only did they provide them free of charge, but by the time we sat down for breakfast, I had an email from the manager offering to move us to...

"Perfect location for a visit to Liverpool. Right next to the train station. The hotel is in a historic building so not super accessible. The breakfast was excellent and well worth booking to include it. Walkable to most anywhere in the city center. Staff were friendly and helpful as all scousers seem to be. "

"Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. "

"The Mountford Hotel was easy to find,adequate parking and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Continental breakfast had a good selection, definitely stay again"
