"We were a family of five, including two young children. Upon check-in, we found the apartment in an extremely dirty and unacceptable condition. Furthermore, basic amenities were completely missing for a 5-person group. There were not enough pillows or blankets provided, leaving our young children without essential bedding. I called customer service during our stay to request additional blankets and pillows. I was promised a callback, but no one ever contacted us back, and the issue was...

"The location of the property was the only thing that appeared to be valid. The room itself did not match any of the pictures. The view was definitely not of anything you could see outside. There was a courtyard as part of the basement you are staying in a basement flat when you rent this apartment. The baseboards are unfinished even the countertop is unfinished. The floors are so dirty. It caused the white towels to become black and dirty. We were able to see where they kept the 'clean' towels...

"The accommodations are definitely worn - the carpet was pretty gross, couch was old and pull out bed was uneven. Window latches were unreliable, and a number of ceiling lights were out or flickering. Smelled of smoke and had cigarette butts on the balcony ledge. Bathrooms were solid and washing machine was perfect for us. The service was great, and space overall worked well for our family, but given other options available I would opt for another accommodation for a future trip"
