"A good hotel to travel with dogs. A pet friendly hotel, but the first room we got it was the worst, we ask for a different room and it was so much better, the rooms are old, and not the cleanest. The room we got first didn’t work the AC and had a terrible odor. The staff really nice, they change our room after telling them about the smell. The next room was fine. Better beds, AC worked, and cleaner than the first one. This hotel has pet friendly spaces and a lot of dogs in the hotel staying,...

"I am not fussy about a room but if the bed is bad that’s a deal breaker for me! The bed was terrible and the sink and tub drains were slow to drain and the towels were so thin and worn. The breakfast was good and it was a good location but we won’t be staying there again."

"The shower knobs were going the wrong way. Hot was cold. Cold was hot. There were hairs in the bathtub, including pubic cares. Just need an overall clean. It doesn’t look like it have been planned to very well. The plumbing was all upside down. Really couldn’t get hot water, and the tub stopper did not work. Though the lady at check in was really nice and informative. That was the only plus."

"The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. I would give him 5 stars. Said would give us a room that would be comfortable and quiet. Then while walking to the room another worker tried to move us to another room, very strange. We kept the original room. The pool and spa were ok. Got noisy later on but after 10 pm it was quiet. The room needs to be updated. Carpet and walls, beds weren’t very appealing. The towels in the room definitely need to get NEW ONES!! "

"For the price it was spot on. The decor was definitely outdated and a bit worn. But the bed was comfortable, the room large and felt very safe. It had a fridge which is always a bonus. "
