Horrible experience. Rooms are filthy. Staff is less than helpful. The room they put me in had blood drips on the floor, food smeared on the desk, dirt on the stained linen, broken bed, pubic hair on the nightstand and the shower was gross. I requested a new room, they said they were all full. I asked them to properly clean the room. A guy came with a razor blade and a bottle of Pledge. I showed him the linen and he left. He came back with another room. The second room was equally as filthy. There was as a used bar of soap in the shower. The toilet was gross, there was semen on the wall next to the pillow I see as expected to sleep on, there were pubic hairs in the sheets, and the sink was gross. I asked for a refund. They told me to contact Expedia. Expedia called them, they refused the refund. I left. I ended up sleeping in my car at a gas station. I contacted corporate. They have been giving me the runaround. Patrons beware. This place is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
