"The studio condo we stayed in was basically a king room with a kitchen sink. The facility was safe and secure- but we weren't given an entry code to one of the doors. Luckily, customer service hotline was able to help, but it was exasperating. I was devastated on arrival to realize that there WAS NO PRIVATE BALCONY for this room as advertised, and sitting on the balcony and feeling sea breezes was what I was looking forward to the most. "Loved the place! Completely sufficient and comfortable for me and my family of 5! Views were everything!!! Must I add this is the perfect destination to be at, in Panama City. Especially during spring break or if you have children or even if as a couple! Never had to drive my car the entire stay! Everything you could want or need is walking distance. "We were over the moon with our stay. The only downfall was the king bed box spring was collapsed on one side so the mattress sinks in that spot- sleeping with a toddler left it inevitable not to end up sleeping there. "Our room was amazing. The pools and fitness center were fantastic. Food and beverages were top notch. The amount of underage partying was astounding. We could not use the pools, hot tub, or walk the beach at night because of the drinking, fighting, craziness. The resort staff tried to contain it but beach patrol was called in multiple times.
