An absolute gem! From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, I was greeted with professionalism and friendliness. The villa we stayed in was immaculate, boasting modern amenities and breathtaking view that I cannot say enough about! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Even though the resort was under construction, it was peaceful and quiet. It was the PERFECT retreat for my friends and I. I can't wait to return to this paradise. Thank you!

This was disappointing. My colleague and I could not check into our rooms until TWO AND A HALF HOURS after regular check-in time. The front desk staff was not particularly apologetic either. Rooms were mediocre, a lot of dust under the bed area, showers with little pressure and barely hot water, and general inconveniences such as no plugs near the bed/no replacement of used coffee/tea pods. Would not recommend.

The views were BEAUTIFUL and the staff was very kind. I think this hotel will be better and more organized once construction is finalized. There were a few areas that felt like false advertising: website says you can walk to elbow beach but after attempting and feeling unsafe when the sidewalks ran out, we asked the front desk and she said you have to walk in the road. The website also says that there is a complementary shuttle to horshoe bay but when we tried to take it, we were told that it is not up and running yet. We booked the rooftop yoga class but when we showed up we were told we needed mats from the front desk and they were supposed to tell us that when booking but they didn’t. I went back down to get them and was told they didn’t have enough left because guests don’t return them. They should say you need to bring your own then. The garden room was a good size but needed a full size mirror somewhere and hooks in the bathroom (the bathroom door had marks that hooks had been previously there but ripped off). The rug runner in the room was also dirty. Disappointing for a hotel that is meant to be upscale. The pool bar food was very good. Be warned that this hotel has a lot of hills and stairs to get to different areas. The beach area is down a VERY steep hill. Overall good hotel that needs some improvements that I think will be fixed after construction and more staff are hired and trained.

Dear Julie,Thank you for taking the time to provide invaluable feedback as this provides an opportunity for us to address our shortcomings. I apologize for the miscommunication regarding the yoga mats and have addressed this with the respective Department Head Manager for staff training. We are currently awaiting a shipment of yoga mats that will be placed in each hotel guest room and readily available. Unfortunately, the beach shuttle is only available in season which is May 1 to October 31st. During the off-season, this is available on a case by case based on staff availability. In regard to the sidewalks, this is an Island-wide issue as most areas do not have continuous pavements and require some walking on the road. Residents of Bermuda are very aware and conscious of this and take extreme care while driving. On behalf of the housekeeping and management, I apologies for the condition of the room and this has been addressed with the respective managers. This is definitely not Azura standard, and our objective as always is to deliver a superior product and experience. There are definitely a few elevation areas around the property, please note we do provide a golf cart service to transport guest around the property and to and from the beach. The construction of our new restaurant will be completed by mid-May, and our new saltwater ocean pool will also be in service by this time. We thank you again for your candid feedback and hope this experience hasn't totally marred your impression of Azura Bermuda. Our stay at the Azura hotel was wonderful. The views are beautiful, the rooms are updated, and the service is great. There are a few pools and the food was excellent. More importantly, the hotel is centrally located and so close to everything. It’s about 10 mins driving to Hamilton. It’s about 15-20 minutes to the aquarium and like 8 minutes to horseshoe bay beach which is stunning. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a nice hotel in Bermuda. They also partnered with very kind taxi drivers. We really enjoyed talking rides with Darren who knew the lay of the land. It almost wasn’t this way, 3 days before the trip we received an email that the hotel was under a renovation in the kitchen that was behind schedule. We were anxious bc we were traveling for the first time with our 10 month old baby. I reached out to the hotel and they did everything in their ability to accommodate us and make things right. They helped make an inconvenient situation work for us. I especially want to thank Claire, the manager. When I originally reached out about by displeasure with the renovation, she did all she could to make it worth it and make us feel valued despite my direct and sometimes rude comments. She is the best part of the hotel because of her understanding and determination to keep guests happy.

This was our 3rd time visiting Bermuda and first stay at Azura. We spent a week and did not want to leave! Our Edgewater room was an oceanfront with balcony with the most beautiful view of the sparkling blue and aquamarine ocean colors along with Bermuda longtails flying by and migrating humpback whales splashing out past the reefs. A school of parrot fish could be seen in the shallow waters each morning and evening as well. The room and bathroom were brand new and comfortable with AC as needed and an ocean breeze from the balcony. Landscaping throughout the property was beautiful with palms and native plants and a few levels with lounge chairs for sunbathing. The pool had some lounge chairs with umbrellas and high top tables as well as a bar and open air eating area which was a favorite of ours for breakfast and afternoon Rum Swizzles! Thank you Joelle, Catherine, Michael, and Habib for your attentive service and friendly, welcoming hospitality. You will be truly missed! Any requests we had were attended to promptly by the front desk, such as ordering a taxi (Barbara and Darrin were our favorite drivers!) or giving us information on bus routes(bus stops both ways are at the hotel entrance). We knew coming here that Azura is new and in the process of building and perfecting the property but we still found it to be a place that was absolute Heaven. We can't wait to return someday! Thank you to our Azura team! Tip: We went in the last week of the off season, perfect weather!

The views were spectacular! The bartender "Trouble" was also phenomenal! He provided great cocktails along with some of the island's history. We truly enjoyed his company as we were the only guests there mid-January. *Be cautious of cool weather The hike down to and up from beach is something to note. I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Although is worth the hike! and just wait till they finish they beach pool currently under construction. Much needed indoor dining is also currently under construction. I would go back again when all is complete.

Nice new property and views but too far from things -has a tiny beach. Not really a resort—it seems to be partial ownership property w rooms available for rent. Biggest drawback was limited dinning and entertainment options you would expect in a top resort. Gym is tiny and not much to do in the property—one Resturant —basic menu but very expensive for the quality. We would not stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful though. I would also not recommend going to Bermuda during holidays most of the stuff is closed—we visited bad time of the year

However, hotel operations and services are on par with small luxury hotels. Our beach, unfortunately, is at the mercy of mother nature and changes in size almost on a daily basis depending on the wind direction and current. It is for this very reason have our sand decks, and also provide complimentary shuttle service to nearby beaches in season. We are currently in the process of building a brand new in-door dining restaurant which will be opening in May 2024, along with a state-of-the art fitness facility, as well as a saltwater ocean pool & bar which are all scheduled open mid-year 2024. We do hope we have the opportunity of welcoming you back sometime in 2024 to experiences the new and upgraded resort amenities. We enjoyed 5 nights at this resort very much. The building we stayed was brand new and the rooms are ver spacious. The staff is very helpful and friendly including the restaurant at the pool area. The resort has not much of a beach, but they have a shuttle which drops customers off a beautiful beach 10 minutes south from the hotel. We will return. Amazing experience 😃

Azura Bermuda has really enviable views of the ocean. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room that I was allocated, however, looked a bit old. There were some stains on the carpet and the sofa and I would not consider the room luxurious. The overall property, however, is very well maintained and you get amazing views of the ocean from the property.

The property had beautiful views and was clean. There really isn’t any beach but we knew that with booking so that’s not a deterrent. Everything is charged - even water is $2. They are renovating and there is still construction ongoing. It wasn’t noisy but a little unsightly. Overall a good place but for the price I would have expected a little more.

Fantastic ocean view. The water is crystal clear. There is a beach at the bottom of rocky steps but not at all times. Very pleasant and attentive staff. Nicely decorated room and good size balcony. The bus stop is right out front which is helpful and a shuttle to Horseshoe Bay. Fine dining is more than a walk away so you should have at the least a scooter.

The suite had a very bad smell to it. The food tasted bad. A smoke detector went off in the night for an hour and woke the whole building, and no-one would answer the emergency number. It is a nice hotel but really not worth what you pay.

Beautiful property and a great bar. It will be even better when the new pool is open. Staff were lovely and helpful. Only downside is there is no beach and can’t see it returning any time soon.

Drop dead gorgeous location! Oceanfront new rooms are beautifully designed. Beautiful pool. Food is good but menu is quite limited and there were some serving errors. Staff is supper friendly. Their beach just recently was washed away by a storm but they will curtesy shuttle you to nearby beaches. They are doing construction to expand but it was not at all distracting - at the far end of the property. Approaching the site from the road is not exactly one of the more lovely gateways as it’s in a bit of a more commercial area. I suspect when construction is over they may improve the entry experience. We loved it an would like to return!

Azura was recently updated and it shows. The facility and the rooms were upscale and beautiful. That being said, we found it a bit misleading that the website boasted their sandy beaches however we weren’t able to access the beach unless it was low tide which at least in September is around 6am and 10pm. They did provide a taxi service to the surrounding beaches, however, which did help to make up for it. They are currently building a new restaurant facility for next year, but the existing restaurant faces the main pool which makes it a bit awkward to swim in it. They do have another roof top pool which helps. We also didn’t feel safe walking outside of the property because of narrow roads and fast drivers so cash only taxis are pretty much the main way to get around. The island itself however is very safe and inviting.

The staff were excellent. The room (204) we stayed in was beautiful, clean, comfortable with a fantastic kitchen facility. It would be nice if the dinner options rotated or had more variety. The beach is non-existent, which we knew, but didn’t stop us from booking. Will be nice to see the additions coming in 2024 - would definitely go back

Amazing location, amazing staff.
Azura was glorious. Staff was amazing. Accommodations equally amazing. My husband is in the last stages of cancer and I had a few room requests and all were met ahead of time. Some reviews mention property is under construction but I sincerely had to poke around looking for it as you would not even notice its kept so quiet. It would be too emotionally painful for me to go back to visit due to the circumstances but otherwise I would go back again.

Beautiful resort with good management,staff is very helpful Rooms are beautifully designed with modern amenities.View is just breathtaking.Because of high tide there wasnt beach but hotel drives guests nearby beaches.Horseshoe Beach is best place to spend the day.Food is good but menu is a bit limited.Hamilton town is only 10 minutes by taxi,you can dine at many restaurants there.We can’t wait to go back to “Azura”Thanks for everything
