"Booked for long weekend with family. Check in was at 3pm but had to wait 2.5 for rooms to be cleaned and got access to rooms at 5:30pm. No drinks from bar no compensation offered (complained and got it later), staff were very unhelpful. Delay completely ruined break. They offered a late checkout next day as compensation so we thought we would use the pool to find that children are not allowed in the pool until late afternoon to allow club members to use the pool, awesome. "Very good, I travel by myself and it was perfect. The room is small but perfect for couples or solos. The bathroom was great as well."

"It is a brand new hotel, opened mid May 2026. We stayed during the bank holiday weekend. It is greatly connected to the city centre in the modern financial district of Canary Wharf. Very easy to find from the underground stations are they provide are owed signage where to go, where to turn. Room itself was spacious, kitchenette well equipped. Staff was polite and very helpful. We also used late check out which casts £30. Definitely will consider the hotel for our next stay."

"Easy check-in, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Not so sure about the glass shielded shower/toilet area as it doesn’t give you much privacy and it’s a tight squeeze to dry yourself off. The bed is on the hard side but this doesn’t prevent a good night’s sleep. Aircon seemed to be a bit hit and miss and I couldn’t get a good signal on the TV. Very minor criticisms, though, and I’d definitely stay again."

"The smallest room I have ever been in. Lovely , but the quest of more rooms and less space is insane. You can not move around or open a suitcase. Is good for a quick overnight but very uncomfortable for anything else."

"We arrived after a long train journey and a visit to the V&A. The guy on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. Very polite and knowledgeable. Had a drink in the bar before we went to our room. Crossed the street and straight up in the lift to the second floor. Our room was spotless with everything we needed. Teas,coffee,hairdryer and toiletries. The bed was really comfortable too. "Fijn hotel op een fijne locatie. Dicht in de buurt van zowel bussen als metro's. Ik had een kamer zonder ramen en deze werd aardig warm, zeker omdat de airco stopt wanneer je de kamer verlaat. De kamer was klein, maar fijn (zeker als je alleen reist) en is voorzien van een nette badkamer met zeep. Het enige wat ik miste in de kamer was een waterkoker."

We called before check in and they couldn’t help us at all with our reservation (couldnt locate our reservation, couldn’t help provide information on how to find it) when we got there they temporarily misplaced our bags.
