We were very pleased with out check in experience. The clerk was fruenfly & helpful. Our room was clean, well stocked (TP, kleenex, water, soap & lotion). Sheets were c L ean & smelled fresh, pillows were comfortable.
We were able to walk across road to the Armstrong Air & Space Museum very easily. Seems new and nice, I do recommend it.

On the bestwestern.com web site there is a photo of a hot tub in the pool area. When we arrived after a 7 hr drive we went to the pool and found out there was no hot tub. Talk to hotel nothing they could do because I booked with Expedia. Unhappy customer.

We have not had a Hot Tub in the pool area since 2018, more than six years ago. Sometimes guest will find an old picture in an online review, I suspect that is where you found a picture of Hot Tub. There is an online review that shows a picture of beautiful golden retriever in the lobby, but I assure you we do not have a lobby dog either
Staff was courteous and polite. The facility was an older building but was clean and neat. Upon arrival, they had two free bottles of cold water in our room’s refrigerator.

The breakfast was 1 boiled egg, no toast, no meat. can have a waffle or a bowl of cereal. The coffee was terrible... I would submit pictures of the dining area if there was a way

The room was clean and the staff we interacted with were very nice. That being said, I would not recommend this hotel. The mattress was old and uncomfortable. It didn't feel like the springs had anything left. There was a mechanical whirring that turned on every half hour the entirety of our stay. Not only could you hear it, it vibrated the whole room. We got next to no sleep the first night and only slept the second from sheer exhaustion. Also, when we tried to cancel our third night's stay on the first night, we were denied a refund. We decided to take a loss on the money rather than stay there another night.
Excellent customer care at check-in. Room clean and appreciate complimentary water provided in mini-refrigerator.
Disappointed in complimentary breakfast. Limited selection and biscuit you couldn’t even cut with a knife (hard). Staff covering breakfast appeared not to even want to be there.

Good customer service. We were having trouble with our flights and informed them we would be there after midnight, no problem. Then they called to check on us when we didn't show up when we thought we would. Had trouble with our coffee maker. Immediately remedied. Overall everything was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Decent breakfast. Elevator floor was a little dirty and the trash entering the side of the hotel stunk.
Our stay was great!!! The staff was driendly, the room perfect, and I loved the indoor pool!!!

Facility is very nice, clean, and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast there so unsure about that but we were very satisfied with what we experienced.
Didn't like the Keurig coffee maker. I can't use my own coffee and filters that way.

Got an unlucky room assignment. Adjacent room had at least TWO dogs that begin barking non-stop for at least an hour beginning at 5am and the walls are thin.
