Penthouse Oceanview Vistas

"Seriously, from start to finish, the whole experience totally blew our expectations away! The beach 🏖️ right in front of the condo was super close and easy to get to. It's not a private beach, but it honestly felt like it – we barely saw anyone else there! It was the same deal with the pool and Jacuzzi too. The condo was super clean and set up perfectly, with tons of extras. Loved the ocean view and how quiet it was. Aaron Kelling and the staff were total pros, always so helpful and friendly. They even managed to squeeze in an extra day for me on really short notice! 😊I would differently book this property again. That said, my only complaint is that the bed was way too hard for our taste."

"Clean room, friendly staff for the most part. These are great condo/time-share style units. The facility grounds are well kept. The unit has everything needed, full kitchen & more. Appreciated extra beach chairs, blender, various pots, pans, et. Like most Maui resorts the beach area and lawn in front of resort is a park area. Will stay again. The unit is a bit more 1990 decor era than 2020+ but that's OK. The new Weber Genesis grills were so well maintained and cleaned for BBQ'ing at resort. My guess is 1/3rd or more of the units are owner-occupied, by regular timeshare owners - most struck up good conversations. Lots of nice sunsets. The area for us was well centered for traveling/Jeeping most of the island and quick access to grocery, walk-around shopping, lots of beach variety. Paia Fishmarket Southside was our go-to for great dinner."

"We absolutely loved the unit and the property! The condo was perfect for two people-super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated how peaceful and quiet it was. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back!"

"My family and I lost power to our hotel and so we found this location which lucky for us had power for the remaining of our trip in Maui. The price wasn’t too high like everything else in Maui, the property was very nice, the check in was all digital, and communications was off the charts, I felt like I was Jay-Z at a Beyoncé concert!!"

"What an amazing stay. This a review that I am happy to leave....The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Pictures are absolutely accurate. It was such a relief to come home to a cool apartment, our snacks in the kitchen, 2 showers, so no wait..... Beach supplies, chairs, umbrellas, towels, even coolers! Our family even took advantage of board games at night. Location was great, close to all...pool and hot tub were great in the evening...Beach on site made for some beautiful walks finding different corral and turtle watching. You cannot beat being central to everything....Hana, Haleakala, Paia, Lahaina, 15-20 from the airport. Apartment was clean, building is clean, kept, safe...and no issues with parking! We locked ourself out once (my fault) and had a response with an immediate solution...and even were graciously able to extend ourselves for a late check out. Mahalo for a beautiful stay in Maui, we WILL be back <3 Jenn, Bud and two boys 15,10"

"Overall the property was great, we loved having beach amenities like chairs and umbrellas available in the room. The view was amazing and we got to see a hawaiian monk seal from the properties beach access area. It is located in a great spot to get most everywhere as well."

"The apartment is newly remodeled. Very nice, bright, clean, with stunning views into the ocean. All super well equipped with anything you possibly need. We personally appreciated the beach chairs, beach umbrellas, thermal backpack and tons of towels. Also, anything you might ever need in the kitchen is there: the dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, but also tons of possible dishes, glasses, and utensils. Many thanks to the hosts for leaving the coffee machine and coffee cups there! Great for family. We were with our son there, so use the other sofa. It folds into a pretty big one, so super comfortable. The bed is also clean and super comfortable. The apartment complex is nice as well. There's a barbecue area in the courtyard, and the courtyard is green and full of people hanging out around. There's a couple of swimming pools there. We didn't use them much, but the others were staying there for quite a long. Parking lots are always available and have spots, not a problem at all."

"Nice and quiet. Being so close to the beach makes a huge difference. Super clean. Thank you for the water and cookies. Loved the beach chairs and towels! Only thing would like to have known that the beach water was shallow. Still nice to hang out in but since no lifeguard a heads up would be nice. You’re just scared when you see it cause you don’t know how deep it is."
