When arriving they offered a small card with your benefits including daily credit back, complimentary water bottles and complimentary beach towels. Instead of offering them to you at your arrival, it was like pulling teeth constantly having to go back to the front desk to ask for the complimentary items. "Great hotel. Stayed there many times. Our only disappointment was the dinner was had the pool bar. The food was terrible. We ordered sides of broccoli and it was served with a spaghetti meat sauce on the top. We couldn’t eat it."

"Truly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything was gorgeous and pristine. It was so nice having a full kitchen and laundry in our room. The pools were amazing and we had a blast. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Definitely looking forward to another stay. Highly recommend!!"
