"I wouldn’t mind staying here again, but only because it is a budget friendly option. The property is clean and all other tenants were very respectful when we were there. There is no A/C, but fans are provided. We mostly booked this place because of the hot tub, but there was no water in it and not functioning. We also thought the breakfast would be more than packet oats, and the only milk in the fridge was bad. Location is nice and close to Makawao, which is a perk."

He kindly showed us where to find convenient free parking and also helped adjust our room arrangement so that my friend and I could stay in the same room. Thank you as well to Jaden, who made us delicious, warm and fluffy pancakes for free the next morning. Jaden is a volunteer and a brave young woman from China. We really enjoyed getting to know him and all the care he took in providing for the guests. Ian was truly the cherry on top!"
