"The hotel was very tired looking, the hallway carpets were grubby, however the bedroom was clean and the staff were pleasant. We arrived for breakfast at about 8:40 and the eggs were already put away, no jam and the staff member was already putting stuff away. It was nice to have the use of the airport shuttle and the driver was very helpful."

"Obnoxious front desk staff, unhelpful. 3 separate times with 3 different ppl, they were all the same. And I’m coming from perspective of being a former 10-yr hotel employee who knows how to treat guests. Property is cheap, thin walls, small rooms, tiny bathrooms, little amenities, no extra pillow or blankets in room. Etc. Just not worth what I paid. Please take your business elsewhere. The only positive experience was with the valet/bellhop, now they know what customer service is. Front desk ppl should go to special training to learn that."

"We had two rooms for 5 days. The first night the handicap bathroom flooded due to something going on with the shower. When the my buddy went to the front desk to let them know what happened, they gave him towels to clean up the water. Mind you, he is almost 70 and uses a cane to get around. They never offered another room and the shower was not fixed the entire time we were there, he had to use the other room to take a shower.

"Great location; nicely appointed rooms; easy check in process; nice pool area; quiet air conditioning; lots of shops and restaurants to walk to; every room is either ocean front or ocean view. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again."
