"I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ben, who went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth during my stay. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, which made the whole experience feel really comfortable and safe. My room was clean, well-kept, and had everything I needed. It’s also in a really good location right in the heart of Westwood, close to restaurants, cafés, and UCLA. Overall, I had a pleasant experience staying here."
