"Close to UCLA area, parking is tough and had to use the pricier hotel option but worth it. Small misunderstanding about the accommodations and they went above and beyond to make it right. Accidentally left a few garments and had no trouble retrieving them. Pretty good sound attenuating windows, r9om darkening not bad either! Would definitely stay there again in one of the more upgraded suites. Be advised that there are some rooms that have no elevator access and require you to climb stairs. "
