Why is the “private” area for brother not separate. It’s like living in the hotel. How are the guests supposed to know. "Our stay was excellent with the friendly frontdesk team specially Mr. Marco how was so helpful and supportive in all the occassions. In addition to the free upgrade of our room to a canal view superior room, arranging a soomth transportation from/to the Marco Polo Airport, reserving a table for dining in and manymore. The rest of the frontdesk team were also helpful with always a nice simle. "

"This hotel is perfectly located nearly in the center of everything. It’s just a 2 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. The bar and lounge is a bit lack Luster but it does the job, quite nicely, after a long day walking all over the city. The restaurant looks lovely, but we didn’t really use it. The bed was a bit hard for one of us, but perfectly fine for the other. The Staff is very accommodating, but not pushovers. ****would stay here again!"
