"The room was in nice clean shape and room was cool when we got there. It was well worth the money. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Even though it’s ocean view and not beach front, the view was amazing still. We loved it. Our car did get hit in the parking garage, but that’s a risk you take anywhere I suppose."

"Although we just stayed one night, we got a good impression of the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. Had a coffee pot in the room but liked being able to go down stairs and get a fresh ground cup of coffee whenever I wanted to for free! Snacks for a fee were available too. The location is not on the beach but it isn't far and was close to many other places including Pier Park. Would stay here again!"

"I feel catfished! It says Palmetto resort by the sea, but when you pull in, it says Palmetto Inn and suites if you’re staying in the back, it’s a motel the microwave is literally from the 70s. It has a spin set. Everything had rust on it. the ceiling was peeling. The carpet was tearing up the TV didn’t work. It was extremely disappointing."

"The facility as a whole is pretty nice. 3 pools, a lazy river(looked dirty) and a hot tub. Lots of different things to do, tiki bar, snack place, a few nightly events. My room looked nothing like the pictures. Was not told the pet fee of $20 per night would also be taxed, room we had was very outdated, floors were nasty, toilet didn't flush all the way unless you stood there and held the handle down. Fridge was rusty and the freezer door would get stuck, things in fridge froze. The bed and...

"It wasn’t bad…wasn’t great. Just par. The fitness center wasn’t at all what I expected."

"The pictures that were on the original booking were decieving. What i thought was a one bedroom condo was actually an efficiency condo. They only gave us 4 towels for EIGHT days and refused more. There is quarter laundry downstairs, the dryers half work. We would have to bring clothes back up and hang them around our room everywhere to dry. I would not recommend this property if you have a toddler, the pool isn’t toddler friendly and it’s very shaded. For the price i paid i do not feel like this...
