"Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...

"False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend"

Did not appreciate having to pay to park - this should be included in the room price. Also paid a resort fee which I am not sure what that was for. Again, include it in the price. "The rooms were nice on the site and in person. However I experienced mold on the ceiling in the restrooms and the pull coach mattress was filthy. Overall the staff was helpful and the beach view was amazing."

"The first steps into our room wanted to be our last. The room was absolutely filthy, box springs looked like they were bought from the dumpster. There was mold in the shower, urine on the wall, god knows what would be there if we had a black light. We spent about 2 minutes in the room and went back to ask if we could get a refund, luckily the staff was understanding and gave us a full refund apart from the day we checked in. Please for your own sake do not stay here."

"First things First, while in transit to the hotel I got an email from them saying I needed to pay before 6pm or my reservation would be canceled, i called and explained to them that when booking online I chose the option to pay at the property, I was told that because people make reservations and don't show up therefore they needed payment, which i did, upon arrival I spoke to Umme at the front desk, she was very nice and allowed us to check in early, without an additional charge. "Not clean , had a water leak in the kitchen they fixed next day. No internet or WF that all, need your own WF or hotspot. Only 2 elevators in the building, pool it was ok but nothing else was offered that ice cream. For someone who called this resort …. Not resort they all. Just regular apartment building!"

"If you are looking for a clean room that is beachfront on a budget…this is a good option! Nothing fancy, just 2 comfortable beds & a bathroom with easy beach access. Small parking lot but a lot of parking across the street that is very well lit. Good coffee in the lobby 24/7."
