Location is great for walking to things to do. Room and property were clean. Staff is super friendly. Would most likely stay here again.

The room and bathroom were dirty and the TV did not work. We had to borrow an iron and there was no ironing board. Most outlets had no plate covers or were loose. The curtain in the back bedroom did not fit so the sun was gleaming in in the morning. The couch was too nasty to sit on.

The beach access was amazing! The pool area and loungers were awesome and plenty of them. The rooms are outdated and it was VERY loud at night. Besides the noise being the biggest complaint, overall the resort is not bad. Would consider staying here again because the beach access and view was perfect!

Our room was clean to an extent. The floors were filthy. Cabinet doors were broke/missing and the shower floor was chipped in large areas. House keeping opened our room door in the middle of the day with no knock. They asked why we hadn’t checked out yet. We didn’t check out until the next day. The elevator broke down on our 2nd day there. We carried all our belongings and a stroller wagon up 6 flights of stairs. Overall, our little one had fun. The pool area was good. The walk to the beach was short. There were no phones in the room to call the front desk if you needed anything. We ended up running out of towels and toilet paper and staff walking on our floor at the time wouldn’t help us. They told us to go find housekeeping.

We originally RSVP at Seahaven When we got ther . It was disgusting my wife started crying from how disgusting it was. We asked for a full refund and went looking for another hotel motel option We walked over to Flmaingo looked at the rooms and then we booked at Expedia Thank God we were able to book the last room Flamingo service and cleanliness was a million times better than Seahaven

We never stayed the night when we arrived we were told because of our pupple we could not stay at the main hotel. They sent us to a very old and very dirty motel across the street. It was so dirty we could not stay. To be fair the hotellet us cancel our stay. I feel they should state you can not stay at the tower or hotel.

Definitely would stay again! Rooms were clean, and everything worked great. Nice to have the A/C, fridge and kitchenette. Pullout bed worked great for our daughter. Loved the view of the Ocean. Location was just right on the beach and near a lot of activity. Pool deck, pools, chairs and bar outside were all great. Beach was clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking can get tight on weekends but overall wasn't an issue. Only a couple small suggestions: Having a roll of paper towels in the room and entry mats for the front and balcony door can be nice due to sand. Thanks for the great stay!

This hotel offers an old school feel to a beach vacation. It’s not a fancy hotel with gorgeous rooms that you never want to leave. It’s a clean room with a bath/shower and little kitchen if you want to do your own cooking. We ate out at several of the nearby places that were great and in walking distance. In fact it’s literally once of the best locations for people who like to walk a little because Pier Park is half a mile down the road with a lot of fun things to do and great shopping. The pool is well kept. There’s a small bar with a very friendly bartender. The pizza was pretty good for this type of location. But the absolute BEST part is the BEACH. If I were taking this hotel and placing it inland somewhere then the place drops down. That’s what you have to consider when you stay here. Are you here for the beach and everything that goes with it or do you want a fancy Hotel experience. If you want Fancy Hotel this isn’t the spot. But great value and nice view and worth the money yes!

We stayed in rooms across the street. Lay out of room was great. Our room definitely needed some tlc amd cleaning around the edges, butThey are currently changing management and working on improvements which will be nice. Staff were very friendly and the young woman at the front desk was very helpful. The beach is absolutely beautiful

All rooms are suites with a complete kitchenette including a table and chairs. The beds are super comfortable and the linens are soft. From our kitchen window and back door, which we often left open to feel the breeze, we could see the Gulf. I often sat on our shared covered patio to watch the water in the heat of the afternoon. We walked over to the little bar area, which offers amazing pizza, and sat in the loungers to watch the sunset. The front desk staff made excellent coffee every morning and were always kind and professional. The young lady who came by each afternoon to see if we needed anything was AMAZING. Overall, while the hotel is older and the living room furniture is dated, the view, staff, and amenities made up for any shortcomings.

Warning: the outside doesn’t match the inside! The place looks cute and well kept from the outside but is actually dated and dirty once you open the door to your room. Stains everywhere, rust on all kitchen surfaces, no hangers, missing/broken towel bar, ripped shower curtain, etc. Next to impossible to get clean towels or housekeeping during our 3 night stay. Staff is not helpful and will lie to you about hangers being on order, housekeeping headed to your room next (but never showed up), pools are heated (they were like ice). The only positives: the bartender was very nice, the location on the beach was great, and plenty of lounge chairs on the pool deck.

Overall, the stay was fine and affordable but nothing luxurious. The floors are sandy and sticky. The bathroom is not very clean or cute. The restaurant and bar by the beach was amazing. The staff were kind and helpful throughout the stay. The free parking is helpful to leave the car there until you need it.

The property was average. Nice pool, beach view, and beach bar. The room was ok. It wasn’t clean under the bed and the room needed repairs but it served its purpose. We stayed across the street from the Tower. Not sure what the tower rooms look like but if possible, stay on that side.
