"The hotel was conveniently located near the train station. There were shops around the area and restaurants as well. Breakfast was included and it was very good. One more thing I like about the hotel, it’s quiet and clean. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended."

"Wonderful, quaint family owned hotel. Everything you need with the kindest staff. We checked in late night- be sure to mention it to the staff and they helped us with so many details in our short stay. Our only hesitation was a concern that after reading some reviews the hotel might be further from the main downtown area in Zermatt- psssh, perfect location just a short walk (and thats from a suburbanite american) from everything. "Phenomenal living space in a phenomenal location and phenomenally we'll run by Frau Bauer. We were lucky enough to get this apartment when the previous renter unexpectedly had to cancel. Four large bedrooms, four modern and well equipped bathrooms, in floor heating, a great kitchen, a magnificent dining area with ample seating for 8 to 12 people two terraces, an incredible view of the Matterhorn, and a private elevator to both floors of this unit make this one of the best spaces my family has...
