"Locsation not bad other than road to the locsaiton is a massivly messed up dirt road with a lot of patching needing to happen. so getting in a an out is very complicated if you rent a scooter. large rock in road and holes with pile of dirt to patch holes just sitting right on side and to close to wher eypou need to drive. "The food at the restaurant/bar was very good and very reasonably priced. The young ladies working at the resto bar were very nice. The room was clean and the shower was almost hot. The grounds are very pleasing to the eye and makes you feel like you're in a Philippines forest. The intermediate beach is good but the beach near the water is not useable. There is a gigantic pile of seaweed up and down the beach. After a day or two you can smell it. They charged 800peso to pick you up from the sea...

"The property does have fresh water for shower, we had to use salty water from a well very close to the sea. This was the biggest cons in this place …. Especially I rented it for took weeks … imagine my son and wife had to shower at nearby hotel due skin issue. One night there was no water at all. Burning garbage and plastic by neighbors did not allow us to stay in and enjoy the place … Staff on property were awesome and they response very quick but they are limited to what they can change....
