My room was gorgeous, the shower was large and had really nice product, the staff were helpful (although there was some confusion about how often the room got cleaned and it if was possible to request a greater frequency). Note: they need to staff more people for the restaurant. It's a beautiful place but if there's only one person managing orders, billing, and the espresso bar, they're going to be stressed. "Stayed on a Sunday evening, booked a suite with breakfast. The room was more a large room than a traditional suite. The hotel and room was clean but felt like tired. Attempted to go to the bar which is in the basement, it was unattended so ended up leaving and going to a bar down the road. Overall stay was okay, no issues but would not come back."
