"I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay at this property. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, there was a persistent odor of smoke and mildew throughout the room. As someone with asthma and allergies, this created a very uncomfortable and unhealthy environment. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. "The hotel was great, and everything was perfect up until we took showers just before departure. Our room's shower head (room 321) produced nothing but a trickle, regardless of what setting we put the shower head on. I did ask about this at checkout, and assumed it was just a problem with that specific room, because if it was the same in every room many many guests would have complained. Hopefully, the maintenance staff checked it after our report to the front desk and fixed the issue."

"The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only complaint we really had was the noise. Rooms are not very soundproof. You could hear everything going on in the halls, above you and outside. "

"Overall clean. Fire station across the street. The shuttle isn’t available based on first come first serve at this hotel, it’s based on FCFS at the Doubletree. Fairfield Inn gets what is left over. "

"The property was nowhere worth what we paid for one night even in peak season. Cherry on top: Michael from lost and found stole my $300 cologne and said they discard liquids from found items. But returned all the other liquids that was in my "lost" cosmetics bag."
