"The first person I spoke with was rude because I was overcharged, and he was consistently reluctant to assist me with this concern. Also, my friend and I requested double beds and were given a queen-size bed. We then had to wait until the next day to be placed in the correct room. I'm still dealing with trying to get my money back. They do not do refunds or date changes, so please be mindful! Also, they do have an option for a drive to pick you up, and it's 75 euros, so keep that in mind as well!"

"Great location if you want to stay near the Termini train station, though it’s a few streets away, which is good that it’s not super close to the station area, but still easily walkable. Hotel staff was super helpful in providing directions and recommendations for eating joints. They even gave us a breakfast box since we had an early flight, along with hot tea and coffee at 6 AM. The room size is fairly large however, the shower can use a little upgrade. Overall great location and a great place to stay. "

"We just stayed for two weeks with the Hotel Scalinata di Spagna - in their family Apt. This apt was very spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The Hotel is centrally located to all you want to see in Rome. The hotel is located Within a mile 1/2 of all major attractions. The staff was very friendly, pleasant, and professional. When we return to Rome we will definitely reserve the same apt. Thank you for a wonderful experience."
